SAFE's Service and Warranty department is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable technicians and logisticians in the business. Beyond that, we have longstanding relationships with OEMs as well as our own OEM-certified experts. These unique ties and our extensive product knowledge enable us to extend our support far beyond what you might expect from a boat manufacturer.
Our engineering documentation process enables us to make all parts available for timely replacement, no matter how custom a boat was initially built. We can replicate and deliver all parts if necessary, including for OEM components as well as parts manufactured by SAFE.

Your warranty gives you direct access to a comprehensive support network that’s suited to meet your needs. All SAFE vessels come with a standard warranty of five years on the superstructure and two years on the collar system. OEM-supplied systems in the boats (such as engines) are typically covered by that manufacturer's warranty. If necessary, we can help facilitate service on these systems. In the case of the superstructure and collar system, we're available for support around the globe.
