Machine Operator Il Bremerton

Under general supervision Operate computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on metal. Set up and operate a VMC (Vertical Machining Center), Manual Lathe and CNC gantry style router to produce precision metal and plastic parts and components. Precision component makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical components. Will also fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures. Maintenance Technician I I Bremerton

Facilities Maintenance Technician who currently maintains a CDL with a clean driving record a plus. Experienced in hauling trailers. May transport watercraft, equipment and supplies,  Conduct preventive maintenance on vehicles, trucks, trailers and other related machinery when not transporting.  A good candidate will have both mechanical and electrical aptitude, gained through a technical certificate from a certified technical school, CDL a plus. Or experience gained through a minimum of 5 years work experience in a mechanical setting or equivalent military training, CDL a plus.  Experience in crane operation.

Responsible for the installation of electrical and mechanical components on SAFE Boats products. Installs inboard diesel engines and jet drives, along with associated cables and wiring. Installs fuel systems and filters. Fabricates and installs main and auxiliary wiring harnesses.

Master Scheduler - Bremerton

Responsible for converting the SAFE Boats sales forecast to a Master Production Schedule for the Bremerton production facility.  Manages daily, weekly, and monthly measurements of production performance by planning, scheduling and tracking workflow through Operations.  Facilitates and maintains documents for weekly production review meetings.

Aluminum Welder - Tacoma

Under limited supervision, operates welding equipment using appropriate GMAW techniques to weld aluminum plate and extrusion in all positions, occasionally in a confined space. Prepares weldments using tool such as saws, routers, grinders, pneumatic cutting tool, wire brushes and various hand tools of the trade. Basic interpretation of blue prints, drawing, welds symbols and schedules to layout patterns on material. Performs tack welding in the fabrication phase of construction and the Pre-fab of sub-assemblies such as bulkheads, girders, decks and pilot house using jigs and fixtures. The operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, man lifts and other boat building equipment. Secures small parts for assembly & welding, keeps work area professionally neat and secure.

Tacoma - Marine Electronics and Mechanical InstallationTechnician

Responsible for the installation of electrical and mechanical components on SAFE Boats products. Installs inboard diesel engines and jet drives, along with associated cables and wiring. Installs fuel systems and filters. Fabricates and installs main and auxiliary wiring harnesses. Installs, interfaces and connects a variety of components such as lights, radios, radar, sonar, heating and air conditioning systems, auxiliary generators, GPS, chart plotters, etc.
