Continuous Improvement Manager
This position is responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement initiatives at the facility. This position will require an experienced Lean leader, preferably with heavy industry manufacturing background and experience. This position requires an individual that is able to facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and "ever changing" environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal skills.
