Continuous Improvement Manager

This position is responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement initiatives at the facility. This position will require an experienced Lean leader, preferably with heavy industry manufacturing background and experience. This position requires an individual that is able to facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and "ever changing" environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal skills. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within the organization at all levels utilizing a very "hands on" approach to creating value and buy-in as the lead change facilitator for the plant's Lean transformation. TACOMA -MIG Aluminum Welder

Under limited supervision, performs complex welding in construction of hulls and buildings.  Builds fuel tanks, pressure tests hulls, installs house (cabin), or T-Top assembly on boat. Operates MIG welding machines, grinder, wire brush and other small hand tools. Press Brake Operator

Looking for a motivated and  experienced Press Brake Operator.  Accurpress and Heller roller machinery each day including running a calibration program to assure accuracy of the process.    Assures machinery is set up properly and accuracy is maintained and monitored throughout daily operations. Must be trainable for the use of a forklift, to load aluminum and other alloys into machinery.  Attention to detail and internal customer focused.

TACOMA - Field Service Technician

Provide and perform technical services and training at the Marine Operations Center and customer requested locations world-wide. Write procedures, processes and instructions to support the development and delivery of course curriculum, technical documentation and training materials.   Prepare quotes, appraisals, reports, and any required documentation for internal and external use.
